A Pregnancy Yoga class comprises so much more than physical movements. Yoga simply means 'Union' and we may use many different techniques during this weekly women only class to
support and nurture you - leaving you feeling refreshed, revitilised, calm, and confident about the forthcoming birth!

You can start this class at any time from 12 - 42 weeks and continue throughout your pregnancy.
