Dear Freedom of Information Team,
Further to FOI 51638 (GLO QR1 – Maternity), please provide any documents held by NHS Gloucestershire ICB that outline how the ICB monitors, evaluates, or sets targets for maternity intervention and safety outcomes.
Specifically:
The most recent or current commissioning or quality-assurance frameworks, Better Births implementation plans, or LMNS performance frameworks used to monitor maternity services.
Any KPI dashboards, quality-monitoring reports, or oversight documents summarising system-wide maternity outcomes (e.g. caesarean rate, induction, perineal trauma, stillbirth, neonatal admission).
Any governance documents showing how these reports feed into decision-making or service reviews at board level.
Please include electronic copies (PDF, Word, or Excel).
Kind regards,
Emma Gleave
