What Women Are Telling Me
"Emma’s breech workshop was exactly what I needed. I came in feeling overwhelmed by all the different options and left with a clear understanding of what was right for me and my baby. The relaxation techniques were so calming, and having the guided visualisations to take home was a huge bonus!"
– Sophie, first-time mum
"I had no idea how much there was to learn about breech birth until this class. Emma explained everything so clearly, and it was amazing to feel supported and understood. My partner also loved learning practical ways to help, like massage and acupressure—it made him feel so much more involved."
– Rachel, second-time mum
"After being told my baby was breech at 30 weeks, I didn’t know where to start. This workshop gave me all the information, I needed to weigh my options, as well as the time and support to make an informed decision. In the end Caesarean birth was right for us for a few reasons. Emma’s knowledge and kindness were invaluable, and I knew what I could ask from the medical team too. I loved the way Emma laid out the options factually so I could make the best decision for us."
– Laura, third-time mum
"The guided visualisations and relaxation exercises were a game-changer for me. I left the class feeling connected to my baby and confident about my choices. It was such a positive experience!"
– Amy, mum-to-be
"I attended the breech workshop on my own and felt completely included and supported. Emma’s explanations were so clear, and I really appreciated the time she gave us to reflect and ask questions. I can’t recommend this class enough for anyone facing a breech diagnosis."
– Hannah, solo attendee
From Emma
“I’ve supported so many women and families through the journey of a breech diagnosis — it’s a topic close to my heart. My sister was a breech baby in the 80s, and that early experience sparked a lifelong curiosity.
Through my pregnancy yoga and antenatal classes, I explore every topic with the head, heart, and hands — blending evidence-based knowledge, emotional support, and practical tools.
Over the years, I’ve helped mothers turn their babies (who might have turned anyway!) and stood beside them as they made deeply personal decisions — because there’s no single ‘right’ answer.
Five years ago, I supported my sister during her labour — which turned out to be a surprise breech birth. I had a feeling (call it birthkeeper’s intuition!). She chose a calm, beautiful caesarean birth with delayed cord clamping and skin-to-skin in theatre.
I stay up to date with the latest obstetric insights and bring you current information on vaginal breech birth, breech homebirth, and in-labour caesareans.
This is more than a class — it’s a safe, informed, and supportive space for you to explore all your options.”
