🌿 About Emma – Local Doula & Antenatal Teacher in the Forest of Dean

I live here in the Forest of Dean, surrounded by trees and a strong sense of community.
Over the past 16 years, I’ve supported hundreds of families through pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of parenthood.

My background combines both formal training and hands-on experience.

I’ve taught antenatal classes, pregnancy yoga, and babywearing, and I’m trained in massage and shiatsu, helping women feel more comfortable and connected in their bodies.

Alongside teaching and bodywork, I offer postnatal recovery sessions inspired by traditional women’s care — gentle, restorative practices that help you feel held and replenished after birth.

My approach is simple: every woman deserves calm, respectful, and personal support. Whether you’re preparing for your first baby or your fourth, planning a home birth or heading to hospital, I’ll meet you where you are.

Families often describe my presence as calm, reassuring, and practical — someone who quietly keeps everything steady so you and your partner can focus on welcoming your baby in your own way

🌸 Limited Spaces

I support only two families per month so I can give each family my full attention and care.
If your due date is between February and June 2026,
