My baby had been diagnosed as being in the breech position at 36 weeks, we think he’d been there for a while, but the scan confirmed it. I’d been doing yoga with Emma for a few weeks already and had been sleeping better and feeling much more comfortable in myself and my body so this actually came as a quite a shock. I was offered an ECV but wasn’t keen as it seemed really invasive. That week Emma showed us ways to release tension from the pelvis, we did inversions and she stayed behind to do some belly sifting which felt great. I went away with homework and did it - I really wanted a natural birth, and low and behold within the week I felt him shift. I knew what to do next, thanks to Emma - squats and sitting on the ball to help his head engage and hopefully stay in the pelvis. In the end I got my natural birth, we got immediate skin to skin and he got all his blood as we did delayed cord clamping, it was the most amazing experience of my life. I am so grateful to Emma for her classes and sharing her wisdom - I feel amazing that I turned him myself and didn’t need any medical interventions - ECV comes with so many risks, and could have ended in a caesarean - it just didn’t feel right, and in the end I didn’t need it!

    You’ll be guided gently and supported every step of the way.

  • Yes. This class is here to support you — not drain you.

    The practices are designed to ease discomfort, replenish energy, and help you feel more at home in your body.

  • Yes, with care. This space is gentle, non-invasive, and deeply respectful of your journey.

    If you’re under medical care for any concerns, always follow your provider’s advice — and reach out if you’d like to talk privately about whether it’s a good fit.

  • Please speak to your midwife or doctor first.

    Gentle rest may be best for now.

    If you’d like, you can sign up for updates or join the Free Intro Series when you feel ready — I’m here for you.

  • Any time from 6 weeks to 46 weeks.

    Movements are adaptable and always optional — you can simply rest and breathe if that’s what your body needs.

  • You’re not alone — many women come with these challenges.

    We use body balancing and supportive movement to help relieve discomfort and encourage better alignment.

  • That’s completely fine. The opening circle is live, and then the movement + relaxation part of each session is recorded and shared in our private Facebook group. You can catch up anytime during the month.

  • No worries at all. Just come in quietly and join whenever you’re ready — this is a soft landing space, not a strict schedule.

  • It’s best to have the camera on while we are introducing ourselves and checking in - but for the practice you can
