How I Can Support You
In this 3-hour class, we’ll cover:
Feeding with confidence – breast, bottle, mixed or expressing
Reading newborn cues and understanding cluster feeding
What’s normal in the first days and weeks (nappies, sleep, crying, connection)
Postnatal recovery and emotional wellbeing
The power of skin-to-skin contact and why closeness matters
Intro to babywearing – how slings can support bonding, calming, and feeding
How to avoid common early pitfalls and save money on unnecessary baby gear
This is a supportive, non-judgemental space to ask questions and build a postnatal plan that truly works for your family.
My Experience
I’m a university-trained antenatal teacher, birth doula, breastfeeding peer supporter and babywearing educator. With years of experience supporting families through the fourth trimester, I’ll guide you with compassion and evidence—not pressure or one-size-fits-all advice.
Additional Support I Offer
Practical handouts and postnatal planning tools
Signposting to local and specialist support
Ongoing encouragement that adapts to your unique journey
Birth partners or support people are warmly encouraged to join
My Goal
To help you enter early parenthood feeling calm, confident, and connected—not overwhelmed, over-advised, or over-sold. Your baby doesn’t need perfection. He or she just needs you, present and supported.
