Emma’s Story

I’m not sure I would have ever tried yoga if it hadn’t been for pregnancy. I’d read about the benefits for labour and birth — how it could help with managing sensations — and then I found a funded class (the good old days!) with paid time off.

A bit of a no-brainer, right?

What surprised me most was how much I actually loved it. Those yoga afternoons became a turning point — not just for my pregnancy, but for me. I discovered tools to manage, understand, and even love my body in ways I had never experienced before.

That experience changed my life, and it’s why I do this work now.

I pour that same care into every class I teach, so they can be as supportive and transformative for you as they were for me.
