Breath Your Baby Out

Pelvic Wisdom for Pregnancy, Birth & the Rest of Your Life

Birth preparation so often focuses on what to do in labour.

This course is about something deeper: learning how to understand, feel and work with your own body.

We’ll explore the pelvic floor not simply as something to strengthen, but as something that needs to soften, lengthen, respond and open. We’ll work with breath, movement, sound, anatomy, instinct and the conditions that help the body feel safe enough to let go.

We’ll also look at what happens as your baby descends and crowns, ways of supporting the perineum, reducing unnecessary tension and injury, and how the way we prepare for birth can influence pelvic wellbeing far beyond the early postnatal weeks.

Because this isn’t only about giving birth.

It’s about understanding your body more deeply — through pregnancy, birth, recovery, sexuality, motherhood, menopause and beyond.

Strong enough to hold. Soft enough to open. Wise enough to know the difference.
