A deeply nourishing day for pregnant women to slow down, connect with their body and baby, and prepare for the journey of birth.

Held in the warm wooden roundhouse at Noxon Farm in the Forest of Dean,
this small gathering offers a rare chance to step away from the busyness of everyday life
and spend a day surrounded by nature and other women walking the same path.

Together we will create a gentle, supportive space where you can rest, move, learn and reflect as you prepare for the arrival of your baby.

This day draws on both modern birth knowledge and traditional women’s wisdom from cultures around the world. You’ll experience simple yet powerful practices that support the body and nervous system during pregnancy and labour — including breathwork, relaxation, movement, and traditional tools such as the rebozo, used by midwives for generations.

These practices are helpful preparation for any kind of birth, whether that unfolds at home, in hospital, or by caesarean.

A group of five women sitting or lying on the floor of a cozy log cabin room, listening to a woman with gray hair who is sitting cross-legged and speaking, with a wood-burning stove and windows showing trees in the background.

The Setting

The retreat takes place in the Wildlings Roundhouse at Noxon Farm, a beautiful timber space surrounded by woodland and gardens.

With a wood stove, soft blankets and natural light, the roundhouse offers a peaceful and grounding environment for slowing down and reconnecting with yourself during pregnancy.

A vibrant sunflower with a dark center and yellow petals stands tall in a lush garden. In the background, there is a small wooden hut with a thatched roof, surrounded by greenery and flowering plants. The sky above is mostly cloudy with patches of blue sky peeking through.

Answer the call, reserve your spot…

If this speaks to something deep in your bones, you already know what a special opportunity it is.

You deserve to be deeply nourished while growing your baby and preparing for one of the most profound experiences of your life. Don’t keep putting yourself at the bottom of the list—reserve your space.

Come and gather with other women who have heard the same call: women choosing to reconnect with themselves, their babies and the wisdom of birth.

Together, we are making change in the world—one mother, one birth and one baby at a time.
