Pregnancy is amazing, but it can also be uncomfortable, emotional and overwhelming.
Your body is changing. Your sleep may be disturbed. Your pelvis, back or hips may be aching. Your mind might be full of questions about birth, feeding, motherhood and how life is going to change.
These classes are a weekly pause.
A space to breathe, move gently, soften your body, calm your nervous system and reconnect with yourself and your baby.
You do not need to be flexible.
You do not need yoga experience.
You do not need to arrive feeling calm.
You can come exactly as you are.
This is not fitness yoga.
It is pregnancy support through movement, breath, relaxation and birth preparation.
A Weekly Space for Body, Breath & Birth Preparation

My Experience
I’m Emma, an antenatal teacher, doula, pregnancy yoga teacher and birth worker with over 18 years’ experience supporting women through pregnancy, birth and early motherhood.
I previously taught antenatal courses with the NCT for many years and have trained in pregnancy yoga, hypno-yoga, birth preparation, babywearing, breastfeeding peer support and traditional birth support practices.
My classes bring together practical antenatal knowledge, gentle movement, breathwork, deep relaxation and body awareness, so you can prepare for birth in a way that feels calm, grounded and supportive.
I believe pregnancy yoga is not about perfect poses. It is about helping you feel more at home in your body, more connected to your baby, and more confident as birth approaches.
Whether you are planning a home birth, hospital birth, birth centre birth or caesarean, you are welcome.
