Women’s Wellness Treatment
One of my absolute favourite gifts to give.
These deeply nourishing sessions are individually created around the woman coming through the door.
Depending on what she needs, a treatment may include massage, shiatsu, reflexology, womb massage, rebozo, gentle bodywork, breathwork, guided relaxation or yoga nidra.
There is no rushing in and out.
There is time for tea, conversation, warmth, rest and for the nervous system to truly settle.
