The Roundhouse Experience

A calm, private space in the Forest of Dean where you can be supported through pregnancy, postnatal healing, fertility, womb health, stress, grief, burnout and the big threshold moments of life.

Sessions blend bodywork, traditional wisdom, emotional support and practical care.

Arrive exactly as you are, you will be held here in nature.

What I offer

You do not need to know exactly what you need before booking.

Simply book your session for one to two hours, arrive as you are, and I will shape the treatment around you.

We begin by listening to what is happening in your mind, emotions & body, then I draw on the right blend of massage, bodywork, oils, rebozo, warmth, sound, wrapping or quiet rest to support you.

Inhabiting a female body is an honour.

Womanhood brings us through powerful rites of passage — menarche, menstruation, miscarriage, abortion, pregnancy, birth, motherhood, loss, menopause and beyond.

The Experience I Draw On

My work is rooted in many years of bodywork, healing practice, women’s circles, birth work, travel, training and lived experience.

I have always been fascinated by the body — not just as something to fix, but as the vessel we live through. Our bodies carry memory, instinct, grief, strength, pleasure, fear, love and survival. They hold the stories of what we have moved through, and they can also become places of reconnection, healing and return.

Over the years, I have travelled, studied and experienced many different healing traditions and bodywork practices. My own journey has taken me through Thailand and India, where I explored massage, bodywork, meditation and healing practices, as well as time spent at Da-a-Luz, a traditional midwifery community in Spain.

I have trained with Birthing from Within, completed pregnancy yoga teacher training with Uma Dinsmore-Tuli, author of Yoni Shakti, and continue to study Dao Tantric Arts for Women, deepening my own relationship with inner energy, cyclical wisdom and embodied practice.

All of this comes together in the way I work.

Each session is designed to help you feel fully heard, held and able to unwind. I draw on the techniques, traditions and practices I have gathered over many years, but I do not offer a fixed formula.

I listen to you, your body, your nervous system and what is present on the day.

Sometimes that may mean deep rest and quiet touch. Sometimes it may mean warmth, wrapping, massage, pressure points, rebozo, breath, sound, conversation or silence.

I believe that when women are properly held through these thresholds, something ancient begins to repair. We are not separate from the women who came before us. We carry lineage, memory and survival in our bodies — and we also carry the possibility of healing.

This is grounded, restorative bodywork.

A space to come back to your body, your rhythm, your instinct and your own deep knowing.

Qualified, Insured & Experienced

I am fully insured and trained in pregnancy massage, bodywork, antenatal education, pregnancy yoga and birth support. I have supported women and families through pregnancy, birth and postnatal life for over 18 years.

My work is complementary and does not replace medical care.

Sessions are always adapted to your stage of life, comfort, consent and individual needs.

A limited number of evening and weekend appointments are available.

Once your session is booked and paid for, your space is held for you.

You will also have the option to reschedule up to 12 hours before your appointment if something changes.

You do not need to have a clear idea about what you want to receive, or even why you are coming.
There is no need to explain everything, perform, or be anything other than yourself.

Each session begins with time to settle in and decide together what kind of support would be most helpful on the day.

This is your time to arrive, be heard, unwind and just receive the care your body is asking for.
