🌸 Third Trimester Tea (Birth Preparation Blend)

from £7.00

Support your body as it prepares for birth.
The final weeks of pregnancy are a time of anticipation, preparation, and often fatigue. This blend is designed to gently tone, nourish, and support your body as it gets ready for labour and beyond.

What’s Inside

  • Raspberry Leaf (Rubus idaeus) – supported by clinical evidence showing it can shorten the second stage of labour when drunk regularly from 32 weeks onwards. Contrary to popular myth, raspberry leaf does not induce labour early — though it should be avoided if there is a risk of preterm labour.

  • Nettle (Urtica dioica) – rich in iron, nettle helps to build blood and support healthy circulation. It also nourishes the kidneys in their cleansing work, providing steady energy and resilience in the weeks before birth.

  • Oat Straw (Avena sativa) – calming for the nervous system and deeply nourishing, providing minerals such as potassium, calcium, and magnesium, along with vitamin K and other nutrients that support overall wellbeing.

  • Lemon Balm (Melissa officinalis) – uplifting and calming, helps ease anxiety while supporting digestion and emotional steadiness.
